Does Voxxhire guarantee I will pass an interview?

No. Nothing can make the panel like you, and anyone promising that is selling something. Practice makes you clearer and calmer and you will know exactly how you sound, but no tool can guarantee an interview outcome or a job offer.

Can I practise on my phone?

Yes. Phone, tablet or laptop, in any modern browser. All you really need is a microphone that works and a room where you will not feel silly talking out loud.
