How Voxxhire Interview Practice Works
Voxxhire helps candidates choose a practice focus, answer interview questions aloud, review a transcript and AI-assisted feedback, then practise again. The purpose is more prepared and truthful interview communication—not a guaranteed hiring outcome.
1. Choose a role or opportunity
Select a role or interview format. Where relevant, add job-description or CV context so practice can focus on the opportunity you are preparing for.
2. Practise a voice-led interview
Use a microphone to answer realistic questions aloud. Speaking an answer exposes pacing, structure and clarity issues that a silent draft can hide.
3. Review your transcript and feedback
Review the transcript and AI-assisted guidance for preparation themes such as relevance, structure, specificity and examples. Feedback is advisory and can be corrected or disregarded when it does not fit your experience.
4. Repeat and improve
Practise again using a clearer, truthful example. Voxxhire can also support related preparation with interview questions, CV, job-fit and cover-letter tools where those features are available.
