How It Works: Real Interview Practice, Out Loud
Pick the job. Answer out loud. Read back what you actually said. Go again. Four steps, repeated until the real interview feels like just another practice round. It gets you prepared and honest, not guaranteed a hiring outcome.
1. Choose a role or opportunity
Pick the job you are actually applying for, or the interview format you are dreading. Add the job description or your CV and the questions land closer to the real ones.
2. Practise a voice-led interview
Answer out loud into your microphone. Stutter, pause, start the sentence again. Nobody is listening. Speaking is what exposes the pacing and the waffle that a silent draft hides completely.
3. Review your transcript and feedback
Read back what you said, word for word, and see where you wandered and where you sounded certain. The feedback covers relevance, structure, specificity and examples. It is advice, so correct it or ignore it when it does not fit your experience.
4. Repeat and improve
Go again with a clearer, truthful example. Between rounds you can also work on the questions themselves, your CV, whether you are right for the job, and your cover letter, wherever those tools are available to you.
